Chief model for a potential edition; stamped letter by letter under the base : "Coq de combat" and stamped "Susse Frères" (mark for chief-models at Susse’s), later details for commercial purpose "Fonte sur plâtre" (ie : plaster consigned by the artist) and two marks of Susse éditeur (inscription and inserted pastille) with the "Bronze" stamp (1935 or after), inside detail in ink "Pompon" ; an other example currently (Centre Georges Pompidou, deposit at the "Piscine", Roubaix, C.Valsuani fondeur).
