After the success of our François Pompon (1855-1933) exhibition in Fall 2025, we are delighted to share our selection of masterpieces for TEFAF Maastricht 2026. This year, the selected pieces will offer an overview of the History of Sculpture from 19th to 20th century, with a wide range of creative materials. As writer of the catalogue raisonné of A.-L. Barye (1795-1875), the Gallery will present the original plasters and very early casts such as an exceptional Angélique et Roger montés sur le cheval hippogriffe. An exceptional example of the sketch of the Danse by J.-B. Carpeaux (1827-1875). The Gallery is pleased to exhibit the selection of masterpieces by Auguste Rodin (1840 - 1917) including a dedicated plaster of the Tête d’Hanako, gift from Rodin to the Japanese Artist. A curiosity for the end of 19th century, after the restorations of Notre Dame led by Viollet Le duc, a giant Phenix in eathernware, a lifetime piece by Paul Jeanneney (1861-1920). Foreign Modern Masters will be also represented through the figure of Mahmoud Mokhtar (1891-1934), the most important Art Deco sculptor from Middle East.
